Host Eretz was founded more than eight years ago by a small group of Tel Aviv hospitality professionals who believed owners deserved a partner that moved with real care — quietly, attentively, and without ever feeling corporate.

In those years we've welcomed international travelers, long-term residents, families relocating to Tel Aviv, and people in need of temporary housing during difficult periods. We've worked through ordinary seasons and extraordinary ones, and we've kept showing up — for homeowners, for guests, and for the communities we're part of.

That experience taught us the simplest truth of our work: property management is not really about apartments. It is about people.

Today we manage a focused portfolio of homes for owners who live abroad, between cities, or simply want their property cared for as if they were down the hall. We do this only in Tel Aviv — and we intend to keep it that way.
