We know the city. We know the homes. And we care about both.

Host Eretz is a boutique property management company in Tel Aviv, and we chose to stay boutique.

Since 2018 we have looked after apartments in Tel Aviv, for owners who live abroad, for travelers, for families relocating to the city and for companies. I'm Mickael, I founded Host Eretz, and I'm still the person behind it. Host Eretz started on Airbnb in 2018. We have stayed a human-sized team, in Tel Aviv only, for short and mid-term stays.

A large platform manages thousands of listings and knows none of them. We prefer fewer apartments, looked after properly: we know each building, the neighbors, the building committee and the tradespeople, and which of them picks up on a Friday afternoon.

When you call, you are not calling a call center. You are calling someone who knows your apartment.

We work only in Tel Aviv, and we intend to keep it that way.
