For Property Owners
Renovation and preparation of apartments in Tel Aviv
A well-prepared apartment rents better and wears less. Renovation, furnishing, equipment, tradespeople, repairs and restoration: we look after the property before, during and after it is rented out.
What we oversee
Small repairs and larger renovation projects
Furniture and rental equipment, including kitchen essentials, linen and bedding
Listing photos once the apartment is ready
Repairs and maintenance while it is rented
Independent advice
We recommend tradespeople for the quality of their work, never for our own benefit. No hidden commissions. No undisclosed margins.
