1. Scope of services
- Listing creation, photography, pricing strategy and channel management.
- Guest screening, communications and 24/7 in-stay support.
- Check-in and check-out, housekeeping and laundry coordination.
- Routine maintenance coordination and emergency response.
- Monthly statement and payouts.
2. Owner obligations
- Provide a clean, legally compliant and safe property with valid insurance.
- Authorise Host Eretz to manage bookings, calendars and standard maintenance up to an agreed threshold.
- Comply with applicable municipal, tax and building-association rules.
3. Fees & payouts
Management fees, pricing structure and payout schedule are defined in the signed Agreement. Host Eretz does not take undisclosed commissions from suppliers.
4. Term & termination
The Agreement runs for the agreed initial term and renews unless terminated with notice as set out in the Agreement. Confirmed guest bookings are honoured through their stay.
5. Liability & insurance
Host Eretz acts in the owner's name and best interest. The owner remains responsible for property insurance. Host Eretz maintains professional liability cover for its operations.
6. Confidentiality & data
Owner and guest data are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
The Agreement is governed by Israeli law; disputes fall under the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
