Preparing your Tel Aviv home to welcome guests

Before the first guest arrives: the questions we ask every owner, and the small details that make the biggest difference.

Every home is different, and so is every owner. Before talking about calendars or pricing, we start with a conversation: how you use the home, what matters to you, and what you'd like it to be when you're away.

Short stays or mid-term?

Some homes shine with holiday guests; others are better suited to professionals or families relocating for a few months. The right answer depends on the apartment, the building and your own plans — we help you choose, and adjust over time.

The details guests remember

Good mattresses and blackout curtains. Strong Wi-Fi and a proper workspace. Clear instructions for the mamad, air conditioning and the building. These small things shape reviews far more than any decoration.

If you're considering it for your own home, we'd be glad to walk you through it — in person, in Tel Aviv.
